Faculty Development Program
Three Days workshop from 13th to 15th October 2019.
A three days workshop was organized on Research and Development program on from 13th October to 15th October. The event was held in the Seminar hall of the College and was attended by 18 staff members. The resource person Mr.Pradeep Kashyap explained in detail, the objectives of writing a paper and the steps to be followed in writing a paper.
The faculties were encouraged to prepare a draft paper then and there. The speaker answered all the queries of the faculty and they felt confident of writing a paper.
Faculty Development Program on 18th November 2019
As a part of the Research and Development program, the R and D committee organized a ‘Faculty Development Program’ on 18th November 2019.
Dr.Shibani Sarangi was the chief speaker and resource person. The main objective of the program was to create awareness and understanding about the importance of research.
The program was held in the Seminar Hall of the college and was attended by 55 people that included staff and students. The resource person explained how to frame objectives and hypotheses for any research topic. He also emphasized that writing research papers developed analytical bent of mind. The staff and students were encouraged to present and publish papers.
Faculty Development Program on 18th November 2019
A five days workshop was organized on Research and Development program on “Paper writing and presentation” from 6th October 2019 to 10th October 2019. The event was held in the Seminar hall of the College and was attended by 18 staff members. The resource person Mr.Amit Singh explained in detail, the role of Multi-variance analysis and its use in research. The importance of using Anova and how to draw conclusions from the data analysed.
The faculties were explained ANOVA with example of single and bivariate. Te faculties also understood the concept of factor and cluster analysis.The speaker answered all the queries of the faculty and they felt confident of writing a paper.
Faculty Development Program’ on 23rd December 2019. Dr.Yogita Sanas
As a part of the Research and Development program, the R and D committee organized a ‘Faculty Development Program’ on 23rd December 2019. Dr.Yogita Sanas was the chief speaker and resource person. The main objective of the program was to create awareness and understanding about the importance of research.
The program was held in the Seminar Hall of the college and was attended by 52 people that included staff and students. The resource person explained how to select a topic and questionnaire should be prepared for collecting primary data. She also emphasized that writing research papers developed analytical bent of mind. The staff and students were encouraged to present and publish papers.
